Hi, my name is Deborah, owner and operator of The Lady Tailor, fomerly Ropewalk Tailoring Inc.

I am from Newfoundland and I am a third generation seamstress.  I remember an old proverb, "Let the beauty of what you love be what you do" and so I found this industry,  so I followed a long family tradition.   Since then I have grown and even added a small line of women's fashion, jewellry, and accessories for sale.

I am no stranger  to last minute fixes.  Same day turn arounds.  Alot of my success comes from that little extra. Providing professional customer service combined with providing finely-detailed seamstress,  tailoring, bridal, and prom work is what sets The Lady Tailor apart.
